Hospice Care
When patients are facing the final stage of their life journey, VNA Hospice Care is there to help them live life as fully and independently as possible. Focusing on maximizing comfort and quality of life, VNA Hospice Care offers a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Hospice services are covered under Medicare, Medicaid, and most health plans.
Vaccination Services
VNA Vaccination Services is dedicated to protecting people from communicable diseases with vaccinations and health information. VNA offers a comprehensive list of travel vaccines, shingles, pneumonia and other routine vaccines both for children and adults, seasonal flu, and travel health.

Health Management
Managing health or recovery from a chronic or life-threatening illness or injury can be scary, confusing, and very expensive. VNA Case Management works with employer-sponsored health plans to help employees regain control of their life and their health.
