PHYSICAL THERAPY SCHOLARSHIP

Application deadline is March 1, 2012.

To be considered for these scholarships of up to $2,100 awarded by The Home Health Care Foundation for the Saint Louis University Department of Physical Therapy, an applicant must: 1) be a senior or graduate student (during 2012-2013); 2) enrolled full-time in the graduate Physical Therapy program; and 3) have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

To be considered for The Home Health Care Foundation Scholarship:

  • Complete the scholarship application (click here application download) and submit along with the completed faculty recommendation (in a sealed envelope).
    The University will complete the University Comments prior to submitting the application.
  • Attach a cover letter to the application materials and submit by March 1, 2012 to
