CDC VACCINE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AGES 13-17

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends that adolescents routinely receive the following vaccines: meningococcal conjugate; tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap); and (for females) human papillomavirus. Adolescents also should receive the following recommended vaccination they missed during childhood: measles, mumps, rubella (MMR); hepatitis B; and varicella (chickenpox).
